Welcome to this year's Women Empowered Conference

Prior to the “Black Essence” awareness, White supremacy had created conditions that economically exploited an attempt to disenfranchised Black people in the USA and Africans on the whole. The Black lives matter awareness which is centered on uniting Africans for global development is now widely accepted as an action that gives blacks the platform for rebirth and self-realization to compensate the many years of black marginalization. This marginalization distorted many activates between Africa and Africans in the diaspora especially trade.

The awakening of “the black essence” has however allowed for a level of trade equality which has allowed the voice of Blacks to be heard. The Black Essence awareness has brought a lot of benefits to Africans in the Diaspora; they are in turn willing to share such experiences with fellow Africans. There are a lot of business opportunities available in the US market which is enough for the economy and can be extended to other continents of the world. Africans have partaking power in the US market and will have high patronage as most of the citizens of the US are of African descent

That is why the first Annual African Women Reinvented Conference seeks to build a bridge that bridges the gap between African Women, African-American Women and all Women of black descent.

This first of its kind conference which will focus on empowering Ghanaian/African and African American women in business to become fully established both locally and internationally. Create market for participants. We will service Small and Medium Scale women entrepreneurs in all business sectors including fashion, art and craft, agribusiness and more. Most importantly bring women together to advance our collective and individual goals.
